Super = quite = pretty = really + 형용사 (모두 very보다 훨 잘 씀)

It's super expensive.

The movie is quite good. / pretty good.

식당 카페 주문 표현

Can/ Could I have/get _________?

 

❌ Can I have a lemon tea tall size?

-> Can I have a tall lemon tea? (사이즈는 메뉴 앞에 붙인다. + tall, small 등은 단독으로 쓰고 뒤에 size를 붙이지 않는다)

-> Can I get a tall lemon tea and a short iced/hot latte with 2 pumps of vanilla syrup?

(개수 - 사이즈 - hot/iced - 이름 - with topping 순으로)

iced 주의!

with extra shot / with soy milk

 

 

Could you please hold the mustard? ~는 빼주세요.

Can I get the sauce on the side? 소스는 따로 주세요.

Can I get/have_____? ~주세요.

전치사 주의

❌ at the afternoon. 

-> In the afternoon, I will be hungry. (the 발음 주의! the afternoon이라고 붙여서 외워버리기)

-> on weekdays

-> After graduating high school

after / before + 동명사
